dc.description.abstract The influence of Corporate Governance (CG) , Environmental Social & Governance (ESG) on the Firm Performance (FP) of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) listed non-financial enterprises are investigated in here, with Covid19 serving as a mediator. From 2018 through 2022, data from PSX listed non-financial firms are used to achieve this goal. The hypotheses will be tested using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis will be carried out using STATA. CG will be assessed using board size, board independence, and institutional ownership, FP will be assessed using return on assets, and CS will be assessed using debt to equity. This paper will look at the impacts of CG on FP with the help of Covid19 mediation. This research will not only look at the influence and relationship between CG, ESG, Covid19 and FP, but it will also support the conclusions of previous studies. ESG variables have drawn a lot of attention because of their impact on sustainable business practices, corporate governance processes are essential in improving firm performance. However, the Covid-19 pandemic's unparalleled disruption has brought about new dynamics that need to be investigated. The study will use data from Pakistani publicly traded companies and utilize a quantitative research methodology. A representative dataset will be produced as a result of the sample being taken using a systematic sampling procedure.
