Abstract

“To educate every child even in remote areas and automate the education system.” To create a product that is based on Primary Education System. It is a graphics based project. As this is children psychology that they are attracted more towards glittering and moving objects rather than decent ones. Keeping this fact in mind I am going to in-corporate basic level animations and transformations. Also, it contained sound effects to attract children's attention towards academics basics. The project minimizes the need of professional teachers to teach or need of books for basic education to children even in remote areas. By just giving a projection on a sheet, this product could teach children in an effective manner. In general, it is a simple self-learning software product to gain knowledge. I need any educational NGO to achieve this goal. The existing education delivery system is not meeting the needs and aspirations of the society as such particularly; it is a challenge to the provinces and districts for the 21st century. Moreover, prior to devolution, the policy and planning has been undertaken by the central and provincial governments without taking into account the ground realities and without the participation of community. The main objectives of the devolution plan is to empower the community at the grassroots level in planning, management, resource mobilization and utilization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the education system to improve the service delivery at that level. The main inherent issues of education systems are: teacher’s absenteeism, high dropout rates particularly at primary level, high repetition rates, low completion rates, inequalities by gender, location and social groups, low literacy rate and unsatisfactory performance of schools, these issues have been addressed under DOP through empowerment of local communities.
