Abstract:
Underwater communication is a key technological challenge because of the accompanying restrictions with the use of traditional radio-frequency systems that experience signal attenuation as well as interference in the aquatic environment. This research paper suggests a new method of underwater point to point communication through the utilization of LightFidelity system based on laser diodes and solar plates. AES-256-GCM and Elliptic-Curve Dife Hellman key exchange are implemented in the system to provide secure data transfer even in a case of possible physical eavesdropping. To be placed into practice, this integrated system is intended to deliver a trustworthy, high-speed, and tamper-resistant underwater communication solution for all of the listed applications from underwater sensor network to Autonomous Underwater Vehicle and maritime security. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the present underwater communication technologies, this study seeks to explore the design of an integrated system based on optical wireless communication and advanced cryptographic techniques. The underwater communication systems have unique challenges such as signal attenuation, interference and chance of physical eavesdropping. Underwater optical communication is an appealing solution because it can break through the limitations of radio-frequency systems and enable fast, low latency data transfer. To take this system to an entirely new level of security and dependability, this paper proposes a more detailed approach, which incorporates the underwater Li-Fi technique combined with complex cryptotechniques like AES-256-GCM encryption and Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman key exchange. i
