| dc.description.abstract | NicQuit is a mobile application dedicated to providing comprehensive, data-driven support to people going through the process of quitting smoking. The app combines individualized progress tracking, AI-enforced craving predictions, community support, and access to smoking cessation products as motivators and tools for users to quit smoking. Users can graph consumables such as cigarettes not smoked, money saved, and health improvements in real time, resulting in evidence that is tangible for use in tracking progress. The AIdriven craving monitor analyzes user data to predict future craving strength and relapse risk and provides timely interventions to help the users stay on track. Community chat feature integrated in the app creates an atmosphere of support in which users can share personal experiences and get encouragement when connecting with others experiencing the same challenge. It also has an internal store where users can purchase nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products to fast-track their quit journey. The application is designed for user-friendliness, couched in modern interface, and provides live chat support for additional information, if necessary. All in all, NicQuit’s amalgamation of advanced technology, community support, and easy access to cessation products is a one-stop solution for anyone looking to quit smoking, hence the improvement in health. | en_US |
