dc.description.abstract The Rogue Device Detection System improves LAN security by detecting and removing unwanted devices in real time. It effectively detects rogue devices and possible sniffers by using methods including OEM/OUI-based identification, whitelist verification, active network scanning, and promiscuous mode monitoring. The system is built on Django and PostgreSQL, and it includes an easy-to-use dashboard for device administration, alarms, and reporting. High detection accuracy and scalability were shown throughout testing. This method of security provides a scalable and reliable way to protect network settings against unwanted access. en_US
