dc.description.abstract | With the increasing demand for optimized parking solutions in urban areas, this project aims to address the daily life problem of the growing difficulty in finding parking spaces in real time. Our primary objective is to simplify the parking process by integrating smart sensors and IoT technology, allowing users to efficiently locate nearest parking areas through a user-friendly mobile application. The system is designed to detect parking space occupancy using embedded sensors, which provide real-time updates displayed on a map. This application ensures a seamless parking experience by enabling users to view the total slots, available slots, and booked slots, while facilitating secure payments through Stripe. By utilizing precise GPS tracking and real-time data synchronization, SpotSeeker optimizes parking slot allocation while reducing traffic congestion and unnecessary vehicle waiting. The system was developed with a focus on enhancing performance and reliability, ensuring that users receive up-to-date parking availability information. Furthermore, it streamlines operations for both parking administrators and users, offering a complete, scalable solution for urban parking management. Through its intuitive interface and real-time capabilities, SpotSeeker contributes to the broader goal of creating smarter cities by leveraging modern technologies to solve everyday urban challenges efficiently. | en_US |
