dc.description.abstract | Event planning in Pakistan presents unique challenges, with users often spending considerable time coordinating between multiple vendors to organize a single event. EventFusion is a comprehensive web-based platform designed to streamline the event planning process by connecting users with a variety of vendors, ranging from wedding planners and caterers to corporate event organizers. This platform addresses the complexities of event planning by providing a centralized space for users to browse, compare, and select vendors, request customized events, and manage event details from start to finish. The core of EventFusion lies in its user-friendly interface, built using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack, which ensures a smooth experience for both users and vendors. The system architecture is designed to be modular and scalable supporting a range of functionalities such as vendor management and user authentication. For added security, the platform incorporates data encryption, user authentication, and role-based access control, ensuring that sensitive information remains protected. EventFusion also offers an admin dashboard where administrators can manage vendor applications, oversee user feedback, and monitor event listings, further enhancing the platform’s reliability. By bringing together all aspects of event planning into a single, cohesive application, EventFusion simplifies the planning process, allowing users to focus on enjoying their events. This documentation outlines the development, architecture, and implementation of EventFusion, showcasing how it fulfills the need for an efficient, culturally relevant, and accessible event planning solution in Pakistan. | en_US |
