| dc.description.abstract | The QA Handbook project is a mobile and web application designed to facilitate student interactions with chatbots specific to Bahria University and Air University. By leveraging Flutter for cross-platform development and Rasa for natural language processing, the application provides quick access to vital information regarding admissions, fees, and policies. The user-friendly interface allows students to navigate easily, whether on Android devices or web browsers. Rigorous testing ensured the application’s functionality and user satisfaction, highlighting its effectiveness in improving access to essential resources. Future enhancements could include predictive analytics and support for additional universities and languages, demonstrating the project’s potential to streamline information access for students. | en_US |
