dc.description.abstract The ”Secure Ballot Voting System Using Blockchain” project aims to tackle the inefficiencies and security vulnerabilities of traditional voting systems by leveraging blockchain technology. The current electoral process often faces issues such as delayed results, voter fraud, and lack of transparency, which reduce public trust in democratic processes. This project proposes a decentralized voting platform that ensures secure, transparent, and immutable recording of votes through blockchain’s decentralized ledger. By integrating cryptographic techniques such as homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs, the system guarantees both voter privacy and accurate vote tallying without compromising security. The project is implemented using blockchain technology to prevent vote tampering, and smart contracts are used to automate the vote verification process, ensuring that results are tamper-proof and transparent. The system also includes user authentication mechanisms and aims to increase voter turnout by making the voting process more accessible through online platforms. en_US
