Abstract

Today, it is extremely important to effectively manage a community and guarantee its security, especially taking into account the current rate of development of infor- mation technologies. CommuniGate is an application for mobile devices relevant to the day-to-day experience and management. ”CommuniGate” mainly targets the enhancement of community relations, protection of safety, convenience, and better quality of living.”CommuniGate” is a comprehensive mobile app built on Flutter using dart language, featuring three distinct panels: Admin, Guard, and Resident. Every panel has its functions in the way of meeting the needs of the community. As for the users, they have an ability to create their personal profiles and access various activities. The Guard panel enables security professionals to track and resolve the incidents, and pass on timely information to address safety issues. In the meantime, the Resident panel is the necessary feature that allows residents to report a prob- lem, reserve a service or a facility, and receive community updates in real time.Our app focuses on privacy and user’s secure channels to protect the user’s information, together with multi-factor authentication.In addition, Flutter Chat makes inter- user communication very smooth, and members of the community feel closer to one another.
