Creativity, Spirituality and Human Flourishing Among Emerging Adults

Abstract

The aim of the present study is to investigate the association between Creativity, Spirituality and Human Flourishing among Emerging Adults. Data was gathered from the university students and a few organizations’ employees of age range 18-29 years from the twin cities; Rawalpindi and Islamabad (n=343) using the convenient sampling technique. To study and measure the relationship of study variables, three respective tools were used. Short Scale of Creative Self (SSCS), The Spirituality Scale (SS) and The Flourishing Scale (FS). According to findings, there was a positive relationship between creativity, spirituality and human flourishing among emerging adults. Further results showed that creativity and spirituality are significant positive predictors of human flourishing. It was also revealed that there are significant differences in levels of human flourishing among men and women. The results also indicated significant differences in levels of joint and nuclear family types. Results also revealed that married people exhibited higher scores in creativity, spirituality and human flourishing than unmarried people.
