dc.description.abstract Automation has become a part of contemporary life, and it has revolutionized sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics by increasing efficiency, reducing human error, and enhancing resource allocation. But in the home, most of the day-to-day activities such as cooking, cleaning, and work still rely much on human effort. Embedding automation particularly driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) within home applications can have a major impact on quality of life through time-saving, lowering physical strain, and improved accuracy. This thesis presents the development and implementation of an AI-based food factory that can prepare classic Pakistani recipes with very little manual intervention. The system caters to varied cooking processes and methods by managing ingredient storage, pre-processing, and ultimate cooking stages through an integrated hardware-software environment. It caters to cultural culinary variations, like biryani or karahi preparation as main dishes and custard or kheer as side dishes, by personalizing recipes according to user preferences, spice intensity, and serving sizes. The machine mimics critical cooking operations like boiling, frying, and mixing with embedded knowledge and mechanical accuracy. Finally, this system offers a culturally adaptive, intelligent kitchen solution intended to transform home and small-scale commercial food preparation—essentially an enhanced Pakistani cuisine vending machine. With its intelligent design and cultural flexibility, the system is the ”Kitchen of Tomorrow”, a revolutionary leap toward the future of smart, efficient, and autonomous cooking. en_US
