dc.description.abstract In this research, GREETBOT, a Digital reception robot, is developed to increase user interaction and operational efciency in institutional environment. This project aims to overcome the limitations of a typical reception system like its inconsistent availability, hu- man errors and inaccessibility after hours by creating an intelligent and automated system. Advanced technologies such as facial tracking, and real time dissemination of the information are incorporated into GREETBOT, which gives visitors, students and staff accurate and up to date details. GREETBOT is a tool that uses AI and machine learning to adjust, getting better at how it responds using what it learns from how users interact with it. By combining the AI, computer vision tech and embedded systems, the system model itself is designed to operate smoothly. It is a three-layer architecture consisting of perception, processing and output layers with regards to managing user interactions. It integrates hardware components like cameras, microphones and touch screen interface with the software systems which provide support for the machine learning algorithms for continuous learning and improvement. Furthermore, the system enforces robust security mechanisms over the user data and complies with privacy regulations, which empowers the use of the system in educational institutes, corporate environments and other public service domains. Finally, this study also discusses the implications of integrating AI and robotics into everyday service systems from a broader perspective, and of the integration of AI and robotics into human-computer interaction and AI-driven robotics. GREETBOT implementation proved the possibilities that intelligent service assistants make it possible to provide a better user experience, streamline the operations and reduce working load of administration workforce at the same time providing a scalable solution for different categories of industries. en_US
