dc.description.abstract Publicity is the soul of justice and the principle of a right to information. A Proposed application of the Virtual Lawyer gives access to legal resources of the country. It can approach any time and everywhere according to a situation. People will empower to know the things online that affect them without any mediation. The Virtual Lawyer will provide applicable law, according to the situation. When a person puts his query to know what is the law available in these circumstances. This application is capable to give the right direction to use its artificial intelligence technology. This application is limited to the few offences of Pakistan Penal Code. The results of the Virtual Lawyer will show the definition of law, the nature of the offence, its punishments, which courts will have jurisdiction, what will be the procedure to initiate, what are exception available in this matter and relevant case laws. All these things will be providing comprehensively according to the court of law. Laws should be easily accessible to everyone and all information must be open to the public in understandable means. How can people pursue the laws when they don’t know what it actually is? There are all law books available in bit boring libraries. It is a time consuming practice as compared to a modern way of communication. en_US
