dc.description.abstract Serenity Ai is a mobile mental health application created to help people with depression who are undergoing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The system combines clinically validated assessments like DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale) and incorporates artificial intelligence to deliver individualized treatment recommendations, emotional journalling, and progress tracking. The application focuses on depression and primarily seeks to bridge the gap between professional therapy and self-help alternatives through intuitive UI and evidence-based material. The application uses cloud integration (Firebase)and natural language processing to ensure secure data handling, dynamic content personalization, and smooth user experience. Serenity AI helps users recognize their psychological patterns and also provides tools and exercises based on core CBT principles like Behavioral activation and Cognitive Restructuring. The app offers scalable and free mental health solution who lacks access to regular therapy. This project makes a important influence to the innovation of digital mental well-being by bridging the domains of psychology, artificial intelligence, and mobile development. en_US
