dc.description.abstract The project and advanced AI automation and offline capabilities aimed to streamline task tracking, assignment, and collaboration for teams. However, most traditional task management tools are held up by manual updates and lack intelligence. Assignments get terribly delayed and become inefficient, while some AI tools have been successfully ap plied in other sectors: project management systems, however, have not fully exploited AI in improving their workflow at the time of this project. The project developed a web-based platform for the automation of task creation, prioritization, and assignment based on project specifications and team workloads: tasks can be generated directly from specification documents(SRS), and the AI system intelligently assigns them to the appropriate team members. Tasks can be automatically created from SRS documents, with intelligent assignment to team members through the AI system. With online-offline function integration, this platform allows users to continue working on some task management without Internet connection, with a sync applied automatically when a connection is available. Real-time task tracking ,AI-based task prioritization, performance insight, and collaborative tool feature integrations like commenting form the key components. As a result, task management time was reduced, task allocation became more accurate, and team collaboration was enhanced. AI-driven automation has hence transformed the project management into a more efficient and user-friendly experience, significantly eliminating project delays and improving productivity. These findings validate how workflow infrastructures for task management can be meaningfully enhanced with AI and automation for the benefit of teams working on those tasks. en_US
