dc.description.abstract | Because manual searching and application tracking are still used, the job-seeking and recruitment process is still inefficient. Current job boards serve as middlemen, requiring job searchers to locate and apply for positions on their own while employers await applications. The majority of hiring procedures still rely on third-party software to handle applications, set up interviews, and monitor results, which causes delays. While automation and artificial intelligence have revolutionized a number of industries, employment platforms have not yet fully embraced these technologies to expedite the process. By creating an automated recruitment system that removes the need for manual job applications, this project sought to address these inefficiencies. Job candidates could build smart applications that pushed their resumes to matching organizations that aligned with them, such as their interests, through the technology. Employers could directly evaluate the best candidates and send invitations without delay after posting an AI-generated job advertisement. The platform also included an application tracking system that provided job candidates with real-time application updates and recruiter feedback on the hiring process. Recruiters could carry out hiring, schedule interviews, and conduct exams through the platform with a tailored hiring process. There was also a social networking component that allowed users to interact, connect, and build their professional networks. The outcome showed a drastic decrease in hiring time and candidate-recruiter interactions. This solution enhanced hiring efficiency, eliminated delays, and optimized the whole job market experience through the introduction of professional networking with AI-driven automation. These outcomes show the extent to which automation can transform conventional employment processes and illustrate the potential of smart recruitment solutions. | en_US |
