dc.description.abstract | The Smart Estate platform introduces an intelligent real estate management system designed to transform property transactions using cutting-edge technology. With the integration of machine learning for price prediction, natural language processing for sentiment analysis and dynamic bidding and property verification tool, the platform aims to address major key inefficiencies in the traditional real estate processes. The system incorporates features like real-time bidding, property verification through timestamped image uploads and location, trend analysis in price prediction module and community reviews sentiment analysis. All this encompassed in a secure and user-friendly interface. The platform is built on a hybrid Waterfall-Agile methodology. Smart Estate utilizes a modern technological that comprises of React, Node.js, Express.js, Flask and MongoDB. This stack ensures that scalability, flexibility, and performance. Security is also central to the system’s design, with robust authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms. Smart Estate is setting a new standard for real estate platforms by enhancing transparency and efficiency and at the same time promoting user trust. Future development can include advance AI-driven recommendation system for properties and blockchain technology for improved security. This project is a prime example of how real estate can be revolutionized using advanced web and AI technologies. | en_US |
