dc.description.abstract | The project aims to streamline real estate survey collection within a company’s internal operations. This application aims to automate and revolutionize the way data is gathered in an industry where surveyors traditionally rely on diaries or note-taking apps to record property details, making the process efficient and hassle-free. By focusing solely on real estate survey collection, this app addresses specific needs and challenges encountered in the industry. Survey App’s mobile interface has Google Maps integrated in it. This enables surveyors to pinpoint their current locations and add property details through interactive local society maps which are added upon google maps in the app. They can add images, and upload data to a centralized online database MySQL and BlackBlaze for pictorial data. This approach eliminates the need for manual data entry and enhances data integrity throughout the surveying process. On the desktop side, Survey App enables computer operators to manage and analyze survey data effortlessly. With integrated Microsoft Excel functionality and customizable list templates, operators will be able to generate tailored reports and lists with ease. Each data entry is tagged with the surveyor’s unique ID, ensuring accountability and traceability throughout the data life-cycle. The Survey App is also able to predict future prices of properties using its survey database. It uses the K-nearest Regression Model. By streamlining data management and analysis, Survey App will set a new standard for real estate survey collection, optimizing workflow, and driving productivity. | en_US |
