dc.description.abstract VETAI Chatbot is an AI powered virtual veterinary assistant designed and developed to give access to veterinary service to those living in rural and remote areas of Pakistan where the access to veterinary service was limited. The chatbot utilizes artificial intelligence to deliver on reliable, available, and efficient veterinary services to pet owners and livestock farmers with disease diagnosis, treatment recommendation, and vaccination guidance. The whole system is to communicate in either English or Urdu, along with English or Urdu voice messaging to make the process more streamlined. Its emphasis on Urdu language support and voice messaging makes it uniquely accessible for non English speaking users, reaching far and wide in many different communities. The chatbot is also built to quickly respond and also to address the complex medical situations through conversational AI tools like Gemini API to take more informtion and to refine user context by managing a seamless conversational flow . VETAI also has comprehensive chat history management for users, to view previous consultations and track the health of their animals over time. VETAI not only digitally allow users to access to veterinary care, but it also gives power to rural populations to make key decisions about the health and welfare of their animals at no cost and with a much quicker turnaround time. The chatbot is meant to be a first line of assistance and in case of emergency it makes suggestion about timely professional consultations as needed. By casting artificial intelligence and veterinary science alongside public health in the same community, this emerging solution is a major advance in bettering animal healthcare in developing nations. en_US
