dc.description.abstract | The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally altered the way humans interact, ushering in a new digital era despite its tragic impact. To adapt, businesses across various sectors embraced digital transformation, and the fitness industry was no exception. From 2018 to 2023, the fitness mobile app market saw substantial growth, driven by the increasing demand for comprehensive and innovative solutions. This project aims to address key needs of both fitness enthusiasts and trainers by targeting a gap in the market for an "Allin- One" fitness solution. Leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence, the app offers a range of personalized features designed to enhance the user experience. These include tailored exercise recommendations that adapt to individual requirements and equipment availability, a chat-bot for real-time fitness-related queries, and an automated diet plan generator with customizable meal options. Additionally, the app provides a dedicated space for trainers to manage their clients, find new clients, and share personalized workout and diet plans effortlessly. By minimizing the initial challenges faced by beginners and offering a streamlined digital solution equipped with industry-standard features, this project aspires to set a new benchmark in the fitness app landscape. | en_US |
