dc.description.abstract This paper presents the transformational effects of digital technologies on SCM and highlights the role of MIS in modern business practices. The study of three of the leading organizations in Pakistan, FEPL, NML and UPL demonstrates how the organizations implemented digital solutions for enhancing operational efficiency, better customer satisfaction, and building resilience to disruptions. The key issues identified are that traditional supply chain models are inherently inefficient, vulnerable to any form of disruption, such as that caused by COVID-19, and more demanding customer expectations in the areas of speed and transparency. It demonstrated how the inclusion of advanced technologies such as AI, ML, the IoT, and block chain could be used to overcome these difficulties by streamlining inventory control and data visibility. For continuous improvement, an innovation culture should be nurtured. The conclusions are that with these recommendations, businesses, in turn, should invest more in emerging technologies, strengthen measures of cybersecurity, enhance customers' experience, and become sustainable in their operations towards successful digital transformation in increasingly competitive landscapes. en_US
