dc.description.abstract | Intersoft International is a supply chain company that operates in the defense and industrial sectors. The company is encountering severe operational challenges such as lack of proper IT infrastructure, ineffective supplier management, lack of financial tracking, inventory control, and employee accountability. Their dependance on manual processes has resulted in delays, additional costs, reduced operational transparency and undermines the company’s ability to meet tender deadlines and continue to build confidence with its clients. This project seeks to address the above challenges through the deployment of scalable, low-cost solutions which are formulated to Intersoft’s operational requirements. The project brings digital systems as tools, such as Zoho Inventory, Asana, and Zoho Books to automate supplier evaluations, procurement workflow tasks, and centralize data for real time reporting. Intersoft uses training sessions with its employees to keep these systems working smoothly and integrate them efficiently without needing a lot of IT infrastructure investment. The outcome of this project will be improved supplier relationships, better allocation of resources, better accountability, and timely tender submission. The project bridges operational gaps and lines it up with strategic objectives, thus positioning Intersoft to compete effectively in the defense industry to sustain its growth. | en_US |
