Abstract:
This research explores the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Post-Modern Era, with a focus on its integration into the operations of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA). The study examines AI's potential to enhance decision-making, improve consumer interactions, and increase operational efficiency within the real estate sector. By addressing societal norms, values, and consumer perceptions, the research aims to ensure DHA's continued relevance and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving landscape. The methodology includes an analysis of AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning, alongside real-world applications in industries like healthcare, education, finance, and entertainment. Specific to DHA, the project emphasizes testing and deployment strategies, including property price prediction models, customer profiling, chatbot effectiveness, and predictive analytics. These technologies are rigorously evaluated to ensure alignment with DHA’s objectives and accuracy in their outputs. Findings highlight AI’s capability to optimize operations, predict market trends, and enhance customer engagement. However, challenges such as data quality, legacy system compatibility, and employee adaptability must be addressed. Ethical concerns around job displacement, data privacy, and potential misuse, such as deepfake technology, are also explored. The study concludes that AI offers immense opportunities for innovation and efficiency in real estate. Recommendations include strategic testing, seamless integration of AI systems, and ongoing maintenance to adapt to market dynamics. By leveraging AI, DHA can solidify its position as a leader in the real estate industry while navigating the ethical and operational challenges of AI adoption.
