Naran Kaghan Trip Planner is a modern web-based platform that aims to make and facilitate travel planning for the scenic Naran and Kaghan. The platform, built with HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL, serves as a one-stop solution for travelers, providing detailed hotel listing, routeoptimized suggestions, cost estimation tools, and personalized itineraries. It features real-time weather updates which are useful for making your travel decisions and a trip cost calculator to budget travelling. The system focuses on user convenience whilst keeping things practical and easy to use so that you can address a wide audience. To ensure reliability and user-friendliness during its development best practices were adhered to. With innovative solutions, such challenges as data integration, and user interface optimization were overcome. The project aims to facilitate sustainable tourism through efficient planning for travel, minimizing resource wastage, and improving the general tourist experience. The objective, development process, and challenges faced by the project are explained in this report. It also talks about how the arrival of that group will have a positive effect on the activities of tourism in the region. Future is going to be smart to expand their features, integrate with local guides, and make their user interface better to increase the platform's utility and also the appeal.
