dc.description.abstract | This study investigates the critical challenges of digital fatigue and workplace burnout in the rapidly evolving IT sector, focusing on their profound impacts on employee well-being and organizational performance. Digital fatigue, arising from prolonged digital engagement, and workplace burnout, driven by high workloads and insufficient work-life balance, contribute to declining mental and physical health, reduced productivity, and increased turnover rates. These issues significantly affect cognitive functioning, decision-making, and workplace morale, highlighting the urgent need for effective interventions. To address these challenges, a training program is proposed that equips employees with practical tools to manage stress, foster resilience, and enhance well-being. The program includes modules on recognizing stress triggers, managing digital engagement, building resilience, and leveraging organizational support, aiming to mitigate burnout and digital fatigue while fostering employee engagement and retention. The findings underscore the importance of well-being-focused interventions as a strategic necessity for sustaining productivity and innovation in the IT industry. The proposed training is anticipated to benefit employees by improving their mental health and work-life balance and organizations by enhancing performance and reducing turnover. While limitations such as varying participation levels and cultural barriers are acknowledged, the study provides a foundation for creating healthier and more sustainable work environments in the digital era. | en_US |
