Abstract:
A supply chain is a system of activities or organizations that are connected with
another through the goods and services that they provide in order to transport those goods to
the final customer. The objectives include the impact of strategic supplier partnership on the
organizational performance among steel manufacturing companies in Pakistan, the impact of
knowledge management capability on the organizational performance among steel
manufacturing companies in Pakistan, and the impact of cooperation with customers on
organizational performance among steel manufacturing companies in Pakistan. In this study,
the deductive approach is used and quantitative research method is followed. Moreover, in this
study, the primary method is used for data collection and sample size obtained for this study is
300. The data is analysed through graphical and statistical analysis. The results showed that
cooperation with customers has no impact on organizational performance, while strategic
supplier partnership and knowledge management capability have positive impact on
organizational performance. In the future, more sample sizes can be used to create more
accuracy in results. Moreover, in the future specifically, MNCs can be targeted to see the SCM

on their overall performance in Pakistan.
