dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of Risk Management Culture Performance with the mediating effect of Supply Chain Collaboration, Supply Chain Agility, Supply Chain Integration & Supply Chain Reengineering on textile sector in Pakistan. on Firm Methodology & Design This is a quantitative and correlational study that analyzes the statistical relationship between independent and dependent variables by collecting data from 387 people from the different Textile companies within Karachi through survey questionnaire designed on Google Forms and evaluating it in SPSS 24.0 and Smart PLS 4 to achieve desired results. Findings The results indicate the positive and significant mediation of supply chain agility, supply chain collaboration, supply chain integration, supply chain reengineering among supply chain risk management culture and firm performance of textile industry in Pakistan. Limitations The findings of this research are specific to the sample and context utilized. The applicability of these findings to other industries or regions may vary due to unique characteristics and factors. This research employs a quantitative research design, which may have limitations in capturing the complexities and nuances of supply chain management. Recommendations By recognizing the benefits of supply chain integration for improving business performance, organizations should strive to establish seamless integration across their supply chain networks. This includes integrating systems, processes, and information sharing mechanisms to enable real-time visibility and collaboration. By promoting supply chain integration, organizations can achieve improved coordination, performance. en_US
