dc.description.abstract This study evaluates the impact of various housing attributes & developers' service quality on the overall post-purchase satisfaction of house buyers in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A survey method was employed to collect primary data through structured questionnaires. The research focuses on assessing the effects of housing and service quality attributes on consumer satisfaction, targeting middle and upper-middle-class housing consumers in the region. Data was collected using a stratified sampling frame, specifically from two prominent developers: Bahria Town Rawalpindi (Phases 1 to 8) and Defence Housing Authority Islamabad (Phases 1 & 2). Four hypotheses were formulated based on the assumption that housing attributes & service quality positively influence post-purchase satisfaction. The data, gathered from residents of Bahria Town and DHA, will be analysed using SPSS. A linear regression test will be applied to evaluate the impact of the four hypotheses on post-purchase satisfaction. Given the limited research on the housing industry in the twin cities, this study provides a valuable contribution to understanding the relationship between housing attributes, developers' service quality, and residential satisfaction in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. en_US
