dc.description.abstract This study examines the impact of The Effect of Digital Transformation including mobile banking, internet banking, and artificial intelligence (AI) on financial efficiency, addressing the strategic imperative of leveraging these technologies for the growth of financial institutions and enhanced client services. As financial organizations increasingly digitize their operations, understanding the role of these tools becomes vital. Employing a quantitative research approach, data was collected from 278 respondents through structured questionnaires. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between all independent variables and financial efficiency, with AI demonstrating the highest total coefficient value compared to internet and mobile banking. Exploratory, regression, and correlation analyses confirm strong pairwise relationships among the variables, supporting the hypothesized link between digital financial tools and improved efficiency. These results emphasize the need for integrating digital technologies to optimize financial processes and meet customer expectations. Nonetheless, challenges such as low digital literacy, inadequate connectivity, and security concerns hinder full-scale adoption. The study provides practical insights for financial institutions, policymakers, and technology developers to collaboratively address these barriers. Mobile and internet banking, combined with the strategic application of AI, contribute to sustainable growth in the financial sector, facilitating broader economic development and enhanced financial inclusion. Future research should explore the long-term impacts of these technologies and incorporate advanced tools such as blockchain and biometric authentication. This study enriches global discourse on digital financial transformation, positioning digital financial services as a cornerstone for the evolution of the financial industry. en_US
