dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between selected green supply chain management practices, namely Internal Environmental Management, Cooperation with Customers, and Green Documentation and Financial Performance in the shipping industry of Pakistan. Methodology & Design This is a quantitative and correlational study that analyzes the statistical relationship between independent and dependent variables by collecting data from 382 personnel of the aviation industry of Pakistan through a survey questionnaire designed on Google Forms and evaluating it in SPSS and Smart PLS to achieve desired results. Findings The study has found positive relationships between independent and dependent variables and thus all hypotheses have been accepted. Limitations The study is limited to the shipping industry of Pakistan and deals with only 3 green supply chain management activities. Recommendations The adoption of green supply chain management practices including close cooperation with customers, green documentation and establishment of a robust internal environmental operating in the shipping industry of Pakistan. framework has been proposed for companies en_US
