dc.description.abstract This study aims to investigate the employees “work-family conflict” mediator between drivers of job demand, social support, and psychological wellbeing of employees. as a Methodology & Design The nature of study is descriptive and quantitative. To gather primary data a well designed questionnaire will be used as a research tool. Using SPSS software; Crobach’s Alpha, Regression and correlation test will be applied. Target population is unknown and target sample size is 400. Findings The finding of information will uncover that the component of work-amily conflict,job demand, and social support will have impact on employee psychological well-being. Limitations are The exploration study demonstrate that work-family conflict,job demand, social support, and has impact on psychological well-beibg. and if these components alongside, employee will perform better and at last his/her exhibition impact the association in positive manner. en_US
