Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the quality of healthcare on three
aspects of the certification process: the quality management system, employee involvement,
and management involvement. The personnel must complete numerous jobs simultaneously
due to the highly complicated nature of the work in the tertiary care hospital. They must be
driven by such strong effort to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the patient

Methodology & Design:
The research approach for this study was deductive. A cross-sectional quantitative survey was
conducted among healthcare employees Karachi, Pakistan. The causal study design was
conducted in which impact among independent and dependent variables were investigated. 305
people made up the study's sample size. The data was analyzed using SPSS Software.
Findings:
Results shows that employee participation and management involvement have a positive
impact on quality of healthcare, while the quality management system has no impact on quality
of care.
Limitations:
Due to cross sectional study, data was gathered in limited time period. Moreover, the study is
