dc.description.abstract Abstract The given research study is based on the topic to "To investigate the impact of transformational leadership on employee intention to stay in healthcare professionals; in view point of employees “Selected research objectives of the given research are to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on organizational commitment in healthcare profession to investigate the impact of organizational commitment on intention to stay. Methodology & Design To achieve research objectives, the researcher has used Positivism research philosophy along with the quantitative research design and deductive research approach. In addition to that, the study has used survey questionnaire as the research instrument in which questions are asked from the study participants on Likert scale from the range of to 5The researcher has used primary data collection method to collect data. For the purpose of data analysis smarts tool is being used with the help of frequency analysis regression and correlation technique Population of the study are employee of healthcare, Sample size for this research is taken as 120. Findings The outcomes of the given research have shown that the impact of transformational leadership has significantly related to the employee intention to stay in healthcare. Limitations The research study is about specific industry which is healthcare industry of Karachi Therefore, other organizations can only take guidance from the outcomes of this research as this research is specific to hospital, clinic, pharmaceuticals. Recommendations Healthcare organizations must recognize that a leader's style has a significant impact on the intention to stay, organizational commitment, psychological and social wellness of their team members. Senior organizational leaders and human resource management must comprehend the necessity of relationship-oriented leaders for improved the retention of employees. The connection of mutual trust and collaboration between the organization's senior management and its people is fostered by transformational leaders. en_US
