Abstract:
Technological advancements are essential for enhancing corporate
performance across all industries. This thesis examines the impact of
digitalization and supply chainmanagement on organizational performance
in the pharmaceutical sector. Through a quantitative survey of 186 valid
responses, the study demonstrates the positive influenceof digitalization on
supply chain performance, leading to enhanced inventory management and
coordination with supply chain partners. The findings also highlight the
significant
relationship between supply chain performance and
organizational performance. The study emphasizes the importance of
embracing digital technologies, fostering collaboration, and continuously
monitoring supply chain performance. These insights provide valuable
recommendations for pharmaceutical companies seeking to optimize their
supply chain operations and achieve competitive advantage in today's digital
era.
