Abstract:
This study explores how Green Supply Chain Practices and Reverse Logistics influence Environmental Performance, with a focus on the moderating role of Top Management Commitment. The research aims to understand how green initiatives like eco-design, green purchasing, and effective waste management, along with efficient reverse logistics processes, can improve environmental outcomes. Additionally, it examines how support and commitment from top management enhances these effects. By closely monitoring different organizations, particularly in multiple countries, this study seeks to provide insights into the strategic integration of sustainability practices and the critical role of leadership in achieving better environmental performance.
