| dc.description.abstract | • • [here have been various studies and research conducted on organisational culture and its impact on employee morale, motivation, and performance. After years of research and multiple publications, greater emphasis is now placed on improving the leadership strategies that involve factors such as leadership styles, workplace cultures, organisational structures, • development opportunities, and employee inclusivity. 1fhe purpose of this research is to further expand on it and identify more factors that can potentially influence employee motivation and performance in light of new findings and potential research gaps in the existing study and to be further expanded in the Pakistani corporate setting. The research will discuss the instrumental role of successful leadership styles in cultivating a positive workplace culture, bolstering employee motivation, and improving performance and efficiency. It will cover what encompasses a successful leadership style, the response it can produce, and important takeaways from successful examples. While many factors can play an instrumental role in varying degrees in regard to employee motivation and their willingness to perform, this research will place a greater emphasis on linking how a workplace culture can lead to greater motivation and performance, and a facet that organisations tend to struggle with in modern • times is employee retention. Employee retention refers to how an organization ensures that its employees stay with the organization in the future and contribute further to its success.
