dc.description.abstract The study of this paper is to explore the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on Organizational Environmental Performance (OEP) in the context of Twin Cities of Pakistan. Employee performance was examined as a way to mediate the mechanisms through • which GHRM influences OEP. Data was collected from em loyees working in different • • organizations using a structured uestionnaire. SPSS was used for data analysis. The results indicate that GHRM practices relate positively and significantly to OEP. Employee performance • • is also found to mediate the relationship between GHRM practices and OEP such that GHRM practices positively and significantly affect employee performance and employee performance positively and significantly impact OEP. This implies that to motivate environmental sustainability and organizational success in the Twin Cities of Pakistan, these practices are necessary en_US
