dc.description.abstract | We have done 2D seismic interpretation of Pirkoh area, structural restoration and stratigraphy correlation of the wells of area. Our seismic lines were 816-PRK-06/EXT, 806-PRK-02, 806-PRK-09, 806-PRK-10, 806-PRK-03. Two way travel time graphs are very important in showing the trend of the horizons, the lithology contrast and the identification of petroleum play. We did the structural restoration to determine the directions of stresses and accumulation of forces and stresses. On the basis of depth and available stratigraphic information following name has been given to horizons R1 as Dunghan Formation, R2 as Lower Ranikot, R3 as Pab Sandstone, R4 as Mughal Kot. | en_US |
