dc.description.abstract | Sanghar is one of the largest districts of Sindh province, Pakistan. It is located in the center of Sindh and is bounded to the east by India as shown in Figure 1. The district capital Sanghar itself is a small city roughly 35 miles ESE of the city of Nawabshah and the same distance N of Mirpur Khas. Its primary industry is agriculture Sanghar District includes these cities: Sanghar, Tando Adam, Jam Nawaz Ali, Shahdadpur, Shahpur Chakar, Sinjoro, Jheol and many other small towns. The well Resham #1 is located in the Sinjhoro exploration licensed concession area at 68 50 09.80 N Latitude and 26° 11' 36.66" E Longitude. Sinjhoro lies in the north of the Lower Indus basın, approximately 110 km northeast of Hyderabad. The date on which the well spud is 18th June 2002 The objective reservoir of the well was located in the Basal Sands of Lower Goru formation. Gas/condensate was discovered and is being produced from these Basal sands. This project involves the seismic lines 896 SGR-385, 896 SGR-388 and 2001 SNJ-05 which were run in the Sinjhoro exploration licensed concession area. | en_US |
