dc.description.abstract The basic purpose of doing this project is to get familiar with the oil and gas industry's leading software and to discuss about their specification and make brief comparisons among those leading software of interpretation. The companies which we discussed in this project are Landmark, Schlumberger and Paradigm and the software we discussed in the project from these companies includes, Geoprobe, seiswork 2-D, seiswork 3D and Z-map plus of the Landmark. The Software of the Schlumberger we discussed are Cps3, Geo viz with Giga viz, Geoframe, charisma and the software of the Paradigm we discussed includes Voxel Geo, GeoSec 3D, I Map. en_US
