dc.description.abstract Islam provides comprehensive guidance for all aspects of life. This study focuses on principles governing employer-worker relationships, guided by the conduct of the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and its comparision to employer-worker relationships in modern economic paradigms. With economic stability heavily reliant on both capital and labor, it is important that both receive fair treatment to ensure sustained progress. The research examines how the Companions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) managed their relationships with those who worked for them, providing a model of respect, equity and responsibility. By using qualitative method to compare Islamic principles with current employer-worker relationships in modern ecnomic paradigm, the study investigates how these relationships impact societal welfare. The findings suggest practical measures for bridging the societal divide caused by class disparity and advocating for fair practices that align with Islamic values of justice. en_US
