Abstract:
In Qadirpur, So for 25 wells have been drilled for development of field and about 420 lines km of 2D seismic survey has been carried out by OGDCL The primary objective in the Qadirpur area is Sui Main Limestone Formation of Eocene age and Habib Rahi Limestone Formation of the same age can be considered as the secondary reservoir. Shales of Sembar and Lower Goru Formations have been established as main source in Qadirpur area. The basic purpose of the thesis to correlate the depth of Habib Rahi Formation and Sui Main Limestone Formation reservoirs by using seismic data and well data. For this reason DGPC provided five seismic lines and four wells data. Time, Velocity and Depth Structure maps were prepared by using seismic data for Habib Rahi and Sui Main Limestone formations also Depth and thickness maps were prepared by using well data for Habib Rahi and Sui Main Limestone formations.
