E-Commerce Web Application with Integrated CRM

Abstract

In today’s fast-changing business environment, it’s extremely important to be able to respond to client needs in the most effective and timely manner. Online shopping has grown very vast during Corona epidemic and people get used to it even after this pandemic. Now online shopping platform is a basic need for every businessman. Usually, ecommerce website failed in Pakistan because businessman don’t know how to approach their customers by providing them their needy products. This project aims to develop an ecommerce website with integrated customer relationship management (CRM) features using the MongoDB-Express.js-React-Node.js (MERN) stack. The website will have various e-commerce features such as refund option, discount coupons, add to cart system, featured products, product comparison, and multiple payment gateway options, among others. The website will also have CRM features such as lead management, sales analytics, and employee performance analytics. The integration of CRM features will help the business respond to client needs effectively and in a timely manner. The project will be developed using the Scrum methodology, which involves an iterative and incremental approach to software development. Overall, this project aims to develop a user-friendly and responsive e-commerce website with integrated CRM features that will help the business grow and succeed in the competitive e-commerce market. The web application regarding this scenario will be used to sort out the previously mentioned issue. Various tools and technologies will be implemented for its development. MERN (Mongo, Express, React, Node) stack will be utilized for the project.
