Abstract:
As we know currently, there are many small scale bottle filling companies in our city, but in
majority of them bottles are filled manually. Which is time consuming and inefficient and is the
problem we want to tackle and here automation plays an essential role. Through automation
we can make processes in industries efficient and quick which is also a norm internationally. If
technology can do it, it must be implemented. Also almost every organization uses industrial
automation. Our research enabled us to find that automation is implemented everywhere
around the world. Which have many benefits regarding cost, quality, maintenance, risk,
performance, efficiency, reliability etc. For our solution in this regard we have made a machine
called "Automatic Bottle Filling And Capping Machine" which is a prototype specifically made
for bottle filling plants to give an idea of how can we use machines for more than one task. This
machine fills bottles of different materials with different liquids, and provides caps
automatically and then finally close caps efficiently. We have used Controller, Conveyor belt,
Flail Effect Sensor, IR Reflective Sensor, 05 Channel relay Board, Pneumatic Cylinders and Valves
of different types and integrated all them to produce an automatic bottle filling and capping
machine. We hope this project may help small scale industries to introduce multi-tasking
machines which they can afford and help them in meeting their goals.
