dc.description.abstract This analysis delves in profound study on strategic utilization of soft power by China. It focuses on how nation has historically used Confucian principles to enhance its global influence. In global landscape, soft power emerges as crucial element in geopolitical toolkit. It defined as ability to influence through cultural, political and ideological narratives. The study traces historical evolution of soft power strategy of China from its imperial past to current global strategy initiatives such as Belt and Road Initiative. It also highlights proliferation and impacts of Confucius institutes in the entire world. Historically, the early forms of influence were deeply intertwined with Confucian ideals. Nevertheless, with movements like Cultural Revolution, 20th century witnessed significant shifts to diminish the role of Confucianism. In late 20th Century, China rejuvenated its past and align traditional values with modern global aspirations. The BRI and Confucius Institutes are key components of China strategy. They portrayed China as benevolent leader. Moreover, this study analyzes role of media and technology in amplifying China soft power. It provides a thorough discussion on how China Global Television Network and digital platforms has been disseminating China narrative globally. The research has explored dual use of Confucianism in China. On one hand it serves as a tool for domestic social management and on the other hand it became an instrument for international cultural diplomacy.. Praiseworthily, this research work also tried to fill the research gap of exploring factors that drive variations in perceptions of China soft power across diverse regions. It contributes to nuanced understanding of soft power dynamics. Hence, the effectiveness of China soft power strategy largely depends on ability to align its traditional values with contemporary global norms. en_US
