Worldwide, a lack of two quality components in either the software development process or the final product causes many software initiatives to fail. The industry and the software community have created and made accessible techniques and best practises to manage these two parts of the issue. The laws of other nations must also be considered, as they must change or supplement these techniques. To ensure its quality and offer an all-inclusive development service, this research aims to create a software development project management model based on the software development framework and supplemented by methods and best practises.
