dc.description.abstract The research study investigates the relationship between Self Regulation, Binge watching, and Psychological well-being. The sample comprises total n=356 university going students pursuing bachelor’s/master's degree between the age range of 18-24 among which there were n=165 male students and n=191 female students. Total three instruments were used in the process of data collection via Questionnaires; those were Self-Regulation Scale, Binge-Watching Engagement and Symptoms Questionnaire, and Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale. The Relationship Between Self Regulation, binge-watching and Psychological well-being was observed. Pearson product moment correlation analysis resulted as Self Regulation positively related with Binge watching and psychological well being. Results indicate that if Self-Regulation increases then binge-watching and psychological well-being will also increase. Demographic variables have no significance with study variables. en_US
