dc.description.abstract This study examines the predictive relationship of psychological empowerment, workplace ostracism, and learned helplessness on voice behavior among faculty members in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Data were gathered using a cross-sectional survey design through standardized questionnaires from university faculty with age range from 20-74 years, M= 36.12, SD= 8.92. Purposive convenient sampling was used. Findings reveal that psychological empowerment is positively correlating with voice behavior. Conversely, workplace ostracism shows negative correlations with voice behavior. Promotive voice behavior is negatively correlated with workplace ostracism and learned helplessness, while prohibitive voice behavior negatively correlates with learned helplessness only. Gender differences indicate that women engage less frequently in voice behavior than men. Practical implications are outlined, including interventions to address workplace challenges and promote gender equity. Limitations and avenues for future research are identified, emphasizing the need for longitudinal and qualitative investigations. Ultimately, this study contributes to organizational literature by offering actionable insights for fostering a supportive environment and encouraging open communication in academic settings. en_US
