dc.description.abstract The present study aimed to investigate the association between Nomophobia, CyberLoafing and Psychological Well-Being among University Students. Data was gathered from the university students of age range 18-25 years from the twin cities Rawalpindi and Islamabad (n=300) using convenient sampling technique. To study and measure the relationship of study variables, three respective tools were used. The Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q). The Cyber Loafing scale (CLS) and Psychological Well-Being scale (PWB). Findings revealed negative relationship between nomophobia, cyber-loafing and psychological well-being. Further, results stated that nomophobia and cyber-loafing significantly negatively predicts psychological well-being among university students also results revealed significant differences in levels of nomophobia among men and women en_US
